Terms of Use

Chatter Amp provides a workspace for building, testing, and running messaging campaigns, viewing conversations and results, and handling conversations with your team. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Keep copies of important content.

An account connection does not mean every social feature is available. Instagram and Facebook Page connections support the actions enabled for your account, including authorized messages and comments. WhatsApp supports authorized text conversations in Inbox; this does not enable WhatsApp campaigns, templates, media, number registration or Business App migration. TikTok Login Kit supports profile access only; messaging and comments require separate approved access. Muse custom connector access supports explicitly authorized workspace reads and draft/test tools. It cannot publish or send live messages, and custom access does not establish directory approval. Features requiring platform approval remain subject to that approval, account eligibility, granted permissions, and applicable messaging rules.

Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You retain your rights to content you provide and authorize Chatter Amp to process that content to operate the features you request.

You are responsible for having permission to provide and use content, including other people’s comments, messages, and personal information. Do not upload passwords, access tokens, or information unrelated to your authorized use of the service. Enter provider credentials only in the designated connection or AI provider controls.

Do not use Chatter Amp for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass security or platform restrictions. Follow the applicable rules of any connected platform. Chatter Amp may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.

Review drafts and automation steps before relying on them or enabling actions. AI output and test results may be inaccurate and do not guarantee engagement, sales, or any person’s response. You are responsible for the content and actions you approve.

Saved test cases and practice activity are not real customer messages or real audience research. A provider acknowledgement is not a delivery or read receipt.

The Privacy Policy describes information processing and controls. You may stop using the service, disconnect your social accounts, and email shhacorp@gmail.com to request account or data deletion. Removing a connection does not delete all workspace content or revoke platform-side permissions automatically.
