Request removal of your account, workspace, or connected-account data.

Send your request
Email shhacorp@gmail.com with the subject “Chatter Amp data deletion”.
Include the details below so we can identify the records. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
- Your Chatter Amp account email and workspace name.
- Your connected account username, Facebook Page name or WhatsApp business phone number, where relevant, or an account associated with an earlier connection.
- Whether you want to remove a social connection, particular content, or your account and workspace data.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify your authority over the account or workspace. We will explain any limitations that apply to your request, including legal obligations or backup handling.
Disconnect an account
You can remove locally stored Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp credentials through Settings → Integrations. This does not delete previously stored workspace content, conversations, or activity. Requests already submitted to the platform may finish.
To revoke platform-side authorization, also remove Chatter Amp from the platform’s connected-app settings. If you authorized a connector in an earlier version, remove its authorization in that provider’s settings too. Disconnecting and requesting deletion are separate actions.
