How Chatter Amp handles information and the choices you have.

Updated shhacorp@gmail.com

AI Synapse Inc d/b/a Nodes Inc operates Chatter Amp and controls the service data described here.

Information we process

Chatter Amp stores account and workspace information, sign-in sessions, and the content you provide. This includes campaigns and saved versions, conversations, contact details and fields, consent records, and campaign activity. Workspace members can access information according to their assigned permissions. Do not provide information you are not authorized to share.

When you authorize an Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp connection, Chatter Amp processes the selected account, Page or business-phone identifiers, names, granted permissions, authorization expiry, and access credentials. Instagram and Facebook features may also process the posts, comments, messages, contact identifiers, send receipts, and delivery or read events needed for the actions you authorize. Facebook credentials are bound to your selected Page. WhatsApp text conversations use your selected business account and phone number, customer phone identifiers, message content or references, and matched delivery, read or failure events. Current permissions, account verification, platform messaging rules, and your workspace controls determine which actions may run.

A TikTok Login Kit connection processes your app-specific profile identifier, display name, basic profile permission, authorization expiry, and encrypted access and refresh credentials. Chatter Amp renews those credentials to maintain the profile connection. This connection does not read or send TikTok messages or comments.

When you enable Muse custom connector access, Chatter Amp stores the issuing member, workspace, allowed scopes, a hash of the access key, expiry and usage records. The connector returns only the workspace information and draft or test operations authorized by that key and the member’s current access. Inbox and Results access require their own scopes.

The service processes technical information needed to operate it, including session cookies, request and error records, and security and audit events. Hosting providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, when serving requests.

How we use information

Information supports sign-in, workspace access, saved work, account connections, requested campaign and Inbox features, tests, results, support, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

AI requests use the prompt and relevant context needed for the feature you request. Review AI drafts before applying them. Saved test cases check automation logic; they are not responses from real customers or evidence that a message reached a social platform. Live messaging and external AI requests depend on your configured provider, connected account, permissions, and activation choices.

Service providers and sharing

Chatter Amp uses AWS for hosting, PostgreSQL for database storage, and Resend for account emails. AI features use OpenAI or Anthropic, depending on the configured provider. If a workspace supplies its own OpenAI or Anthropic key, the selected provider receives the prompts and context needed for those features. Provider keys are encrypted in storage. The provider’s privacy terms and the workspace’s settings govern that provider’s processing.

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok receive the requests needed to authorize and operate the connections and features you initiate. Meta’s and TikTok’s privacy notices govern their services. An assistant using a Muse connector key receives the data returned by its authorized tools; that provider’s policies govern its processing. Authorized workspace members and administrators may access workspace content. Support requests sent to the contact address are processed through Gmail. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Storage and connection controls

Social access credentials are encrypted in storage. Muse connector keys are hashed for verification, shown once and revocable in Settings → Integrations. Revocation stops further connector access; it does not delete workspace history or information already returned to another service. Encryption and hashing do not eliminate all security risks. Account and workspace records persist unless removed; disconnecting a social account is not a request to delete all workspace content.

Use Settings → Integrations to open and disconnect a connected Instagram account, Facebook Page, WhatsApp business phone or TikTok profile. This removes its locally stored credentials. Historical conversations, activity, and credential-free account references may remain. Requests already submitted to the platform may finish. You can also remove Chatter Amp’s authorization in the platform’s connected-app settings. Local disconnection does not itself revoke authorization at the platform.

Requests about your information

Email shhacorp@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about retention. Include your workspace name and account email or connected username so we can identify the records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may need to verify your authority before acting. Legal obligations and backup handling may affect what can be removed and when; we will explain applicable limitations when handling your request.

How to request data deletion

Other connectors and updates

Instagram and Facebook Page connections support the actions enabled for your account, including authorized messages and comments. WhatsApp supports authorized text conversations in Inbox; this does not enable WhatsApp campaigns, templates, media, number registration or Business App migration. TikTok Login Kit supports profile access only; messaging and comments require separate approved access. Muse custom connector access supports explicitly authorized workspace reads and draft/test tools. It cannot publish or send live messages, and custom access does not establish directory approval. This notice does not grant an assistant access to your workspace or activate a connector.

This notice describes the service as currently offered. New data uses and integrations need an updated notice before activation. The updated date appears at the top.
